Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
•The product is damaged during transit
•The product received is defective
•The wrong product has been delivered
Return Conditions
•A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
•The product must be unused and in original packaging
•Proof such as images or videos may be required for verification
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect:
•Kashmiri Saffron
•Walnuts
•Almonds
Handcrafted products like Pashmina shawls may have minor variations in color or texture, which are not considered defects.
